HISTORY
RHP Mechanical Systems, originally established as Ray Heating Products in 1950, is one of Northern Nevada's few remaining locally owned heating, air conditioning, and plumbing companies. We are proud to continue to serve Northern Nevada. Today, RHP still stands by our original core values: quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.
RHP Mechanical Systems was founded by Alvin E. Scolari in 1950. Following high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served as an aircraft carrier mechanic during World War II. After his service ended, Alvin studied the mechanical service and design trade, which led him to found RHP. Today, RHP is led by his son, President Michael Scolari. Current members of the executive team also include Vice President Eric Scolari, Vice President Robert Sandoval, and Controller Dean Upton.

RHP's legacy includes emphasizing quality design and craftsmanship, along with dedication to and appreciation of our employees, and our longstanding service to the Northern Nevada community.
As a testimony to our commitment to excellence, our operations have grown significantly since 1950, but our values remain the same.
